How I Got Fit With Cycling

I was gaining weight and my stamina wasn’t what it used to be. I would get tired just walking to the corner. I decided that I had to do something about it so I started looking at cycling. There is a bike path right outside my house and I thought that it would be fun to start riding a bike.

I went out and bought a bike and started riding a few minutes a day. My stamina began to increase and now I can ride 20 to 30 miles a day. I lost 40 pounds and counting.
